How do I contact customer service?

You can email us at info@almacaso.com at any time and someone from our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. To ensure we can help you quickly, please include your order number and a brief explanation of your inquiry.

Where is my order? How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. After we’ve shipped your items (which may take up to 3 business days), you will receive a separate email with tracking info. If you didn’t receive either email, please email us at info@almacaso.com so we can help you look up your order.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We most definitely want you to love your Alma Caso products and if for any reason you are not happy with your items, you may return them within 30 days of purchase. Keep in mind that we will only accept returns for unworn items in new condition. For more detailed information visit our Return and Exchange Policies here.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order, our packaging and shipping process gets started. If by the time your message comes through we’ve already initiated this, we will not be able to make any changes until after you return the product back to us. You can always try to catch us before we get started on your order by emailing us at info@almacaso.com. We would be glad to help!

Where are my products made?

As of the moment, all of our products are made with a great deal of care and pride in Mexico. Handbags are handmade in Mexico City in a renowned factory utilizing European leathers of the highest quality. Shoes are handmade in a family-owned factory in Guadalajara using the highest quality of leathers and incredible level of craftsmanship.

Which quality does the products have?

Each product undergoes extensive prototyping and proofing to ensure we are delivering the best possible accessory for you. Please remember that small imperfections on handmade leather products are to be expected and are a reflection of the unique item you have in your hands. If, however, you suspect that we have made a mistake and your item seems to be damaged, please let us know immediately by emailing us at info@almacaso.com so we can make it right.

How do I take care of my leather products?

As with all our leather products, we recommend storing them in the dust bag we have provided to you in a dry, cool place. If you would like to protect them further, you may apply a high quality leather protector before the first use and follow the instructions listed to ensure proper application. To clean a stain, please spot clean by using a soft cloth and water only. Do not scratch or rub excessively as this will tear the leather. Why are your products charged the way they are?

Our company mission is to promote luxury leather goods handmade in Mexico that can easily compare to products made in Europe. We use the same methods, same high quality materials, and thus our cost of production is very high. We spent years looking for the right partners in Mexico that could produce our accessories in the level of quality we were expecting. Additionally, we ensured that the partners we are working with in Mexico pay fair wages to their craftsmen and we in turn pay fair prices for our products.
