Orders and Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING and exchanges on all U.S. orders. We do charge a $10 flat rate for returns. Once you have placed your order, our packaging and shipping process gets started. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number. After we’ve shipped your items (which may take up to 3 business days), you will receive a separate email with tracking information.
If you would like to cancel your order but we've already started the shipping process, we will not be able to make any changes until after you return the product back to us.
